New York FLOWMIES Jugglers and Hoopers: Check Out the Updated Schedule for 2023!

jugglers and hoopers! We hope you had a great year of spinning, tossing, catching, and flowing. As we enter the new season, we have some exciting news to share with you: we have updated our schedule for 2023 to offer you more opportunities to join us in our fun and friendly meetings! Whether you are a beginner or a pro, whether you prefer balls, clubs, rings, hoops, poi, staffs, or anything else that can be juggled or spun, you are welcome to come and practice with us, learn new skills, share tips and tricks, and make new friends. We have meetings in different locations and times throughout the week, so you can find one that suits your schedule and preference.

Here is the updated schedule for 2023: Bryant Park at 42nd St in Manhattan This is our main meeting spot, where we have a large and open space to juggle and hoop. We meet here every weekday from 12pm to 1pm, as well as on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm to 7:30pm and Saturday mornings from 11am to 2pm. You can find us near the fountain or the lawn, depending on the weather and availability. Look for the colorful props flying in the air! Hoop Troop Hoop Flow Meetings Herald Square at 34th St in Manhattan If you love hooping and want to join a dedicated group of hoopers who share their passion and creativity, this is the meeting for you. We meet here every Monday evening at 6 pm, near the Macy's entrance. We practice hoop flow, hoop dance, hoop tricks, and hoop choreography. We also have LED hoops for some night-time magic! Violet Circus Arts at Washington Square Park This is a meeting for those who want to explore different aspects of circus arts, such as juggling, hooping, acrobatics, clowning, fire spinning, and more. We meet here every Wednesday evening from 6:30/7 pm until late, near the arch. We have a friendly and supportive atmosphere where everyone can learn from each other and have fun. Gertrude Ederle Recreation Center at 60th St in Manhattan This is a meeting for those who want to practice indoors in a spacious gymnasium with high ceilings. We meet here every Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm. You need to have a membership card to enter the recreation center, which costs $150 per year for adults and $25 per year for seniors. You can apply for one online or at the center. We hope you are excited about the new schedule as we are! We look forward to seeing you at one or more of our meetings in 2023.
